Savic Motorcycles Test At Phillip Island

Savic Motorcycles are excited to announce the successful completion of a series of advanced testing sessions at the iconic Phillip Island Grant Prix Circuit. In a significant leap forward for local electric motorcycle technology, our prototypes have undergone rigorous high-load and speed testing, pushing the boundaries of electric mobility.

On Saturday 4th November, the Savic Motorcycles team brought their A-game to Phillip Island, setting out to validate and fine-tune the sophisticated interplay between the C-Series mechanical design and custom-built software. The event was not only a celebration of the team’s dedication but also a critical test of the motorcycles’ performance capabilities.

Milestones for the track testing included achieving a top speed of 170 km/h with a targeted goal of 180 km/h. Extensive high-load testing was conducted through the day to assess the bikes’ endurance.

Testing at Phillip Island also allowed the team to Evaluate the thermal management systems under extreme conditions and Test newly designed production-level suspension, significantly improving handling of the bike.

“Our day at Phillip Island was a glimpse into the future of electric motorcycles,” said Dennis Savic, CEO & Founder of Savic Motorcycles. “We’re not just testing the limits of what’s possible. Getting so close to hitting our goal speed is a testament to the team’s hard work and the incredible potential of our motorcycles.”
