Kawasaki Announce Ninja ZX-4R and ZX-4RR

Kawasaki’s Ninja ZX-4 and ZX-4RR are headed to Australia and are due to land in dealerships in the third quarter of 2023. Although final specification and pricing has not been confirmed, we do know that the new two models will not be learner legal.

The Ninja ZX-4R features a  liquid-cooled, DOHC, 16-valve 399 cc In-Line Four engine in a compact chassis. On the track or on the street, experiencing the exhilaration of the Ninja ZX-4R’s unprecedented power, intoxicating high-rpm wail, and the sharp, nimble handing will surely awaken the dormant supersport rider.

Kawasaki’s ZX-4R will feature a six speed transmission paired with assist & slipper clutch offers smooth-shifting for every ride occasion.The lightweight trellis frame offers nimble handling characteristics for both track and street riding.

Four integrated riding modes make it simple to select a level of traction control and power mode to suit the current riding conditions. The twin LED lighting adds a sophisticated, high-grade look while providing excellent illumination.

The high-grade colour screen delivers a high level of visibility, paired with bluetooth connectivity through RIDEOLOGY THE APP. Three mode Kawasaki Traction Control provides enhanced sport performance and peace of mind under any ride condition.

Stylish star-pattern 5-spoke wheels contribute to the light weight, while the high rigidity benefits handling as well as aesthetic appeal.

The second new model, the Ninja ZX-4RR features a Showa BFRC lite rear shock derived from the ZX-10R but specifically tuned for the ZX-4RR, in addition it is equipped with a Kawasaki dual directional quick shifter allowing riders to take advantage of the exhilarating engine characteristics.
